Elana J. Weinstein, Founder and CEO

Elana J. Weinstein is a certified executive coach and the Founder and CEO of EJW Leadership Coaching & Consulting, a business focused on empowering leaders to maximize individual, team, and organizational performance. Elana brings more than two decades of experience across multiple sectors and has held senior leadership positions in top Fortune 100 organizations including Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg LP, and Google. 

Elana’s integrative approach blends her training and experience in organizational and social psychology, business, and education to help clients thrive in complex business environments while identifying the key skills necessary to drive business results. She is passionate about helping leaders navigate interpersonal relationships, articulate their vision for the future, achieve increased self-awareness, and create positive change. 

Elana supports business leaders in multiple focus areas including authentic leadership, team dynamics, change management, and strategic vision. As a former actor and performing artist working in an ensemble environment, she understands how to manage and foster high performing teams. Elana’s clients commonly refer to her strengths in active listening, cross-cultural expertise, pattern recognition, and her empathetic, yet direct style. She holds a Master’s in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in English and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Elana is a native New Yorker who splits her time between Manhattan and Massachusetts. In addition to coaching and leadership development, she is passionate about theater, music, skiing, running, photography, crossword puzzles, volunteering, and is an amateur lyricist.
